Please find information below on attending the Public Health Prevention Conference 2018.

Event Registration

Upon arrival, please ensure you collect your conference satchel and name badge at the registration desk. Delegates must wear their lanyard at all times during the conference.

The Conference registration desk will be located in the Pre-Function Area on Level 1 of the Sydney Boulevard Hotel and will be open from the following times: 

Wednesday 2 May - 7:30am - 5:00pm

Thursday 3 May - 8:00am - 5:00pm 

Friday 4 May – 8:30am – 11:00pm 

 

Payment
Please note full payment is required before the Conference starts on Wednesday 4 May 2018. If you have an outstanding payment at the Conference you will be required to complete the payment before attending the Conference unless otherwise agreed with PHAA prior to the Conference.

Breaks
Morning/Afternoon Tea and Lunch will be served in the Pre-Function Area on Level 1.

 

Dietary Requirements: The venue has been notified of any dietary requirements delegates have provided PHAA during the online registration process. If you have a dietary requirement and have not yet notified PHAA, please email events@phaa.net.au as soon as possible to ensure provisions can be made.

Location: Twenty Five, Level 25, Sydney Boulevard Hotel
Entry: Due to limited places, a ticket is required for entry (tickets have sold out)
Canapes and drinks on arrival, followed by a standing fork menu. A DJ will be at the function for light entertainment and dancing.
